Rachel Gillespie, PA-C

Rachel Gillespie, PA-C, has been a physician assistant since 2011. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degree training at James Madison University. After completion of her Master’s degree, Rachel worked in Southern Maryland practicing Emergency Medicine. She moved to Harrisonburg in 2014 where she worked at Sentra RMH Joint and Spine Service and Emergicare.

Specializing in Dermatology has been a lifelong goal for Rachel. She is proud to be a member of the Access Dermatology team.

Outside of practicing medicine Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, cooking and hiking, and kayaking throughout the Shenandoah Valley.
