Nicole M. Patzelt, MD, FAAD is a dedicated board certified dermatologist at our Knight Dermatology practice in Winter Park, Florida. Specialized in medical dermatology, Dr. Patzelt graduated from medical school at Boston University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Patzelt takes great joy in working with patients across all age groups, witnessing firsthand the tangible improvements in their health and well-being. She is committed to providing personalized care that empowers patients to take control of their skin health.

Dr. Patzelt specializes in, but not limited to, the following medical dermatologic services:

Skin cancer detection and treatment

Treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, warts and more

Management of hair loss and nail conditions

Complex medical dermatology issues such as blistering disorders and autoimmune diseases

Dr. Patzelt is originally from New Jersey, where her parents and younger brother still reside. She recently relocated to Orlando from Sarasota with her fiancé, a radiologist.

Outside of work, Dr. Patzelt enjoys a variety of activities, including hiking, swimming, kayaking, and skiing. She also appreciates traveling, attending Broadway shows, visiting museums, and visiting Disney World.
