Please read the following guidelines before continuing

For same-day appointment availability, please contact the clinic.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty.

We do not accept Medicaid. We do not accept Workers’ Compensation. 

For Mohs surgery, excisions, biopsies, and removals, please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.

Age-Based Restrictions: Minors (under 18) must have parental or legal guardian consent to schedule appointments. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must accompany minors during the initial visit and, in some cases, subsequent visits to provide informed consent.

Accutane Visits: Please call the clinic to schedule Accutane appointments.

HMO Plans: Individuals with HMO plans are typically required to call the clinic to schedule appointments.

Referral Requirements: Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the visit.
