Dr Chae and assistant were so.. kind, and very thorough in my diagnosis and treatment, along with any possibility of follow-up, should it be needed, timelines, was also helpful to let me know how to care for the trouble spot, while at home, types of cleaning , and availability on how to reach this facility, should I have any questions. I was referred to see a dermatologist by my general practitioner, and relieved to find Dr Chae at this clinic had an opening in just a few days. I was also relieved to find out what was going on with me, after having symptoms for 2 months, and prescribed a different and more aggressive regimen of treatment to knock this down. So grateful for her wisdom and knowledge, and understanding care. Her assistant also went so far as to hand write out for me, the course of treatment, along with printing out handouts on my condition, even though, it would also be typed up on the prescription. Thank you so much!
