Melissa Louisa Hoffman, MD

Dr. Melissa Hoffman is a compassionate and highly trained board-certified dermatologist at Forefront Dermatology in Salisbury, Maryland. She is passionate about treating patients of all ages and improving their quality of life through personalized dermatologic care. Dr. Hoffman has a special interest in managing complex skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa, autoimmune skin diseases, and hair loss.

Dr. Hoffman earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She is fluent in both English and Portuguese and is excited to serve the Eastern Maryland community, where she spent many summers visiting Assateague and Chincoteague.

Outside of work, Dr. Hoffman enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her Siberian Husky, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.
