After learning that the PA I was scheduled to see was ill, Marie made time in her busy schedule to squeeze me in. Not only that, I was seated in the exam room a few minutes early. She was professional, friendly and personable. She got down to business, expertly (and nearly painlessly) did what was needed. Her nurse was very proficient, and made the entire process much easier. They make a great team. I am very grateful.
