Kylee McConnell, CDT

Kylee McConnell is a Certified Dermatology Technician specializing in cosmetic and skincare services at Forefront Dermatology in Fairfax, VA. A graduate of the University of Florida, Kylee began her healthcare career in primary care before discovering her passion for aesthetics through hands-on experience in dermatology. She quickly became drawn to the transformative power of great skincare—and the confidence it brings to patients.

Kylee is committed to clear communication and setting realistic goals to ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey. Her favorite part of the job is seeing patients genuinely excited about the changes they notice in their skin. Witnessing that transformation-and watching their confidence grow is what makes her work  fulfilling. Her services include DiamondGlow® and other skin-revitalizing treatments, collaborating closely with patients to create personalized care plans tailored to their unique skin goals.

Outside the clinic, Kylee enjoys practicing yoga, baking sweet treats, and exploring Northern Virginia with her dog. She has called the area home since 2023 and loves the vibrant community and access to nature it provides.
