Dr. Kristen Stephen was raised in upstate New York, Japan, and Pittsburgh. She returned to Pittsburgh after her residency. She now lives in Sewickley with her architect husband, young daughter, and two dogs. Outside of dermatology, she is passionate about travel, good food, and great books.

I felt like she was mechanical, lacked interpersonal skills and was quick to recommend products over $150 for my skin. Going to a dermatologist for a check up is not what it used to be. They run it like a business.
