Dr. Kirsten Dickinson is a board-certified dermatologist and a board-certified, fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. As a Mohs surgeon, Dr. Dickinson understands that being diagnosed with skin cancer can cause anxiety. Knowing this, she always seeks to provide comfort and reassurance to her patients throughout the entire surgical removal and reconstruction process. It is her goal that patients return home not only happy with the results, but also skin cancer free.

Dr. Dickinson specializes skin cancer detection and treatment, including Mohs micrographic surgery and complex facial reconstructive surgery. She provides treatment for common and complex skin, hair and nail conditions including, but not limited to, acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Additionally, she provides cosmetic treatments for skin rejuvenation including BOTOX® Cosmetic, fillers, microneedling, chemical peels and lasers.

Dr. Dickinson is excited to provide exceptional dermatologic care to the Clive and West Des Moines community where she grew up.

The procedure went well nurse's and doctor Dickinson are caring. There was some mistake made with my appointment not being made even though I presented the letter that confirmed I indeed had an appointment. Front office staff questioned me for sometime as if I was mistaken This was for a cancer procedure so it upset me to the point of getting a severe headache. Hopefully the office will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Scar on my nose from basil cell carcinoma surgery is almost gone after 24 months. I did use vitamin E twice a day for 2 years to help with the healing. She did a nice job with the craftsmanship of the incision to initiate a close to seamless visual effect.
