I wasn’t introduced to the medical personnel who examined me but found out afterward she was not a doctor but a PA which was fine but it would’ve been nice to have been greeted. The biopsy result was precancerous, probably from sun or age or both so she froze it and left the room. Never did she ask me any questions - how much sun exposure do you get? Outside activities? Long sleeves? Sun block? No advice on prevention. No interest in my life style habits. Very impersonal and mechanical.

Very quick and easy appointment. This appointment was just to check that all my previous issues were cured. The care given by Juliette and her assistant was fast and very professional and questions were all answered.

I just want to say that I've been seeing that Juliet McAfee for years she is professional kind very respectful and not judgmental sometimes we come down with things that are embarrassing to even think about and yet her and her staff make you feel very comfortable about speaking openly about what's going on and getting down to the bottom of what the problem is I have never left there with a problem unresolved they always take care of it they are very skillful and knowledgeful and all areas of dermatology there's not enough good that I can say on these folks behalf other than when you need someone a true dermatologist that cares this is where you need to go because you'll see very quickly how much they do care and they always solve the problem thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to post this have a wonderful week and weekend Ken
