Spacious waiting area. Efficient fliw to appointment. Maybe too efficient as I felt rushed. I'm 90+. But I thank you for your attention and service to my needs.

I was late to my appointment so, I attributed the brevity of the appointment to my tardiness. I had a list of concerns to submit. I attempted to produce them while I was speaking to the nurse. I was told this appointment was to address issues with my fingernails and toes. I also mentioned the Winer's pore on my back. Once Juliette checked my fingers and prescribed a prescription and recommended some supplements, and hiw to address my hands being so dry. Then, I mentioned the Winer's pore to Juliette. She asked me to show her this issue. Her response was, "it is very small"! I told her it had been excised once before at Omni Dermatology in Tempe but it had come back. I explained it becomes pus filled, larger, stings, and burns. Juliette told the nurse it was a cyst and to make an appointment for three months for a skin check. Also, she stated that I should be seen for a follow-up for a re-check on my nails. I also attempted to give the list of my issues to the nurse to place in my chart and she stated that Juliette had already seen me for the issues with my nails. I responded that I understood but didn't want the other issues to go unaddressed. (I obviously didn't have a chance to update my list from my appointment 5 minutes earlier!) The nurse told me to bring the list back when my next appointment was scheduled. I will admit the appointment did have me a little bit puzzled. The appointment did seem brief however, I cannot judge how the appointment would have gone, if I had been on time! So, that's on me! I'm hoping my next appointment goes better!

Good experience, overall but my scripts were sent to the wrong pharmacy. Juliette was great.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Juliette. Her unique combination of empathy and no-nonsense practicality has made every visit an informative joy.

Impressed that Doc knew of my situation when she entered the room. Nurse and Doc had good communication. Doc familiar with my condition and made recommendations. Will continue to see her.

I was terrified Juliette made the experience painless she is very professional I would highly recommend. I had a biopsy in 3 spots on my body. I wish I'd never seen a tanning bed.
