Dr. Hines quickly assessed my needs. He explained clearly the results of a recent biopsy and outlined what steps needed to be raken and will have the surgeon’s office call me to schedule. He had his nurse clean my biopsy wound, treat it, and bandage it. Dr. Hines had s prescription transmitted electronically to a local pharmacy so I could continue to care for the wound. I was very impressed with the scope of his services performed in such a short period of time.

I went to see Dr. Hines for a second opinion on a basal cell carcinoma on my nose to see if there may be alternative treatment. I felt that he gave me a best practice recommendation and I was satisfied with the treatment plan he recommended. Also, he addressed three other concerns that I had at the same visit. He is very patient and seems thorough and answers questions readily. I did not feel rushed and he is friendly and caring. Also, the staff assistant with him was very helpful and caring. All the staff at the practice seemed very helpful. The only negative may be that I was not seen by him until one hour after my scheduled appointment. However, I put this in perspective as many people have to wait 13 months to get into a dermatology appointment or more plus he does not rush you so I can see why his appointments may go over and I believe he is well worth the wait.. I am thankful that although he may have long wait times at the office, At least I did not have to wait several months t

Dr Hines completed a very thorough assessment. He listened carefully to my concerns and followed through with treatment that was successful! His knowledge, skills and manner are exceptional as a leader in his field here on Delmarva!!@@@@ Dr Hines has kept me safe from serious skin diseases for many years. Excellent, Right from the check-in Lady, to Dr. Hines Nurse who wrote down my dermatology problem, prescriptions and vitamins, etc. To meeting Dr. Hines knowing In such a short time, how to go about Healing my Dermatology situation. Happily from the beginning no long wait time. (even was helped waking to my car, I forgot my “handicap Rollator (short walk parking spaces were filled up) Thank You all for a good “Dr. Office Visit.

If your appointment is first thing in the morning or the afternoon it’s great you are end and out, but if you are the last appointment that day. You have long wait. Ask me how I know. But, overall Dr. Hines is a good provider.
