I thought everyone was very kind and Heather was very informative and complete. Perfect “bed side manner”. This provider is outside my network and cost me a $45 co pay. I was going to go in network after this visit, but everyone was so kind I am willing to stay with Heather and pay the co pay. I am a retired medical assistant so i know good service when I experience it.

Heather was very thorough and took time to answer all my questions. She did a punch biopsy on my leg and explained everything clearly. She made sure I wasn't feeling anything. She's great.
