Dr. Cox is outstanding. Very professional, always takes plenty of time to explain diagnosis, give options, and you never feel rushed. Combine that with being a very good surgeon is the reason I give him 5 stars.

Dr Cox is wonderful. He works efficiently and appears to be thorough and caring, and takes time answering questions and relaying information in a comprehensible manner. What frustrates me is how long I always have to wait to be seen at this office. Most recently I arrived no later than 8:20 for an 8:40 a.m. appoinment. By the time I was called back (after 9:00 a.m.) everyone who was in the waiting room when I arrived was already gone plus at least 3-4 people who came in after me had been called back. Then I waited naked another 15-20 minutes in the exam room before the Dr arrived and efficiently checked me over. Not the first time I have experienced this frustration. Perhaps my expectations of being soon close to the appointment time (after arriving 20 minutes early) are unrealistic?
