As a healthcare professional and travel nurse who has worked in multiple facilities, I was disappointed with my experience at this visit. At check in, I informed the receptionist that I had never received the email with my paperwork or instructions. Their system also failed to send me the text message for registration, so I had to complete everything on paper. After finishing and checking in, I waited while 4-5 patients who checked in after me were called back before I was. I wasn’t seen until the receptionist noticed I was still in the waiting room and contacted the clinical staff. Once I was finally called back, my appointment with Dr. Erik Alexander felt very rushed. I was there for wart removal, and the entire visit lasted about two minutes. There was very little discussion of the procedure, no explanation of what to expect afterward, and no discharge or aftercare instructions. It was easy to book, the patient portal is easy to maneuver, the staff is friendly and professional, and I received efficient treatment by caring providers.

This was my first time meeting Dr Alexander and he was super. He listens well and his decision on setting me up with a cream and giving me a shot of cortisone for my flaxes was positive and decisive.

Excellent job on my first visit

Dr. Alexander is outstanding. I went in for hair loss around my edges, and he came in, took one look, and immediately knew exactly what I needed. He prescribed me medication, and I was on my way feeling confident.

Went as expected. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The treatments he gave me seem to have worked quite well, though the visit was very quick and there were a couple of other issues I wanted to ask him about or that he should have noticed on my head and neck that did not get addressed.
