Christine Cole, MD, FAAD

Dr. Christine Cole is a dermatologist serving Ventura, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village and is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. She completed her dermatology residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Cole completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2012.

Dr. Cole practices general medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in addition to dermatopathology. Her expertise includes diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair and nails, and various surgical and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Cole’s additional training in dermatopathology provides her with a very complete and thorough understanding of various skin problems. Dr. Cole will personally evaluate your skin condition and determine the best options for individualized treatment that meet your specific concerns.

I was greeted immediately by front desk staff on my arrival, and the wait time was very short this morning. The assistant who called me into the exam area Mayra was polite and kind. Dr. Cole is always friendly and still professional, and explained her findings from the exam and proposed plan. I really appreciate the way Mayra repeated back to the doctor everything that she was told to document in the medical record. Biopsies were performed with addition of gentle distraction by Mayra, which I found very helpful. As usual, a good experience.
