👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Dr. Cole was very warm, kind and caring with my daughter (when I had health insurance). As soon as I no longer did and contacted their office Team to understand why they would Not refill two standard prescriptions, they told me my daughter had to come in for a consult (even though my daughter had been seen twice), and without insurance, the minimum office visit is $150. As a single parent in this Messed up economy, I don’t have an extra $150 laying around so I Begged them to just refill two TOPICAL creams for my daughters acne, which had gotten worse since they refused to refill prescriptions.
I won’t even go into detail about the rude and unhelpful conversations (I hope all three were recorded) I had with two very unprofessional team members, one of which I was told was an Office Manager. Horrible customer service experience. Zero understanding and resolution for a 17-yr old young lady struggling with acne. We will never return to this office again nor will we refer anyone, o
