Dr. Avalon Regalbuto is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in general medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, with a special focus on managing hair loss and scalp disorders using evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Regalbuto received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and received her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at Summa Health in Akron, OH, and her dermatology residency at Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she gained comprehensive training in clinical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology.

Dr. Regalbuto is committed to helping patients achieve confidence in their skin and provides a variety of medical therapies with the latest advances in dermatology to help patients achieve healthy hair. She offers a full spectrum of dermatologic services, including:

  • Medical dermatology for chronic conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts, and more.
  • Comprehensive skin cancer screenings and mole evaluation
  • Cosmetic dermatology including BOTOX® and dermal fillers for skin rejuvenation

Previously living in Ohio, Dr. Regalbuto and her family recently relocated to Atlanta where she is excited to serve the local community and build long term relationships with her patients. In her free time, Dr. Regalbuto enjoys family time, traveling, and engaging in community outreach focused on skin and hair health education.

My husband and I recently saw Dr. Regalbuto for male hair loss prevention, sunscreen and anti aging recs, and post partum hair loss preparedness. We are both physicians and very picky about the quality of care that we receive-- Dr. Regalbuto and her staff were incredibly accommodating to our wild schedules, coordinated with our insurance and made ordering a BREEZE, and she actually personally followed up to make sure we were pleased with initiation of the regimen. Not every physician would go above and beyond like that, and she's young so yay! Dermatologist for life! Don't have to worry about her retiring on me. And honestly, she has great beauty advice on cosmetic dermatology and was humble enough to say that we didn't need treatments we asked about because results would yield for us. Amazingly smart, kind, and humble. Will be a patient for life.

It was my first time at this location with Dr. Regalbuto. She was professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of my skin condition. She immediately recognized what I needed to treat the irritation. I would definitely love to come back and see her when needed in the future. I appreciate what she did for me! Took a biopsy of my spine. She was the second Dermatologist that I went to. When the results came back it was noted to be Grover's Disease. She issued an ointment which helps relieve the itch but there are many other things I need must do. Supposedly lasts 6 months to a year. What a pain in the butt .. or should I say back. One has itchy spots on my back. The ointment helps. Also a lot of vitamin C. Thank you, Dr Avalon !!!
