Minors (under 18) must have parental or legal guardian consent to schedule appointments. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must accompany minors during the initial visit and, in some cases, subsequent visits to provide informed consent. Please call the clinic to schedule Accutane appointments.

HMO Plans: Individuals with HMO plans are typically required to call the clinic to schedule appointments.

Referral Requirements: Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the visit.

We do accept Medicaid.
