Dr. Van Norman was born in Morgantown, West Virginia and currently resides in Greensburg. Dr. Anthony J. Van Norman received his M.D. degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2002, his Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Internship from West Virginia University School of Medicine 2002-2004. He completed his Residency training in Dermatology from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Van Norman is a member of the Westmoreland County Medical Society and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is also a Member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology, the Pittsburgh Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatology. Finally, Dr. Van Norman is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

I did not have a scheduled appointment on the day of service. I am a patient of Forefront Dermatology. Anyway, I had a concern about a new spot on my scalp and I stopped by to see if I could move my July appointment up. While I was there I asked if by chance someone had time to take a look at my scalp and Dr Van Norman not only worked me in but removed that spot along with treating two others. All I can say is thank you for making the time, it was greatly appreciated. I would be remiss if I did not say thank you to not only the doctor but to the entire staff. Everyone was professional and pleasant.

The secretaries when checking in and out were very nice and proficient, The sweet girl who took me back to the room , and got my information and reason for the appointment, was very pleasant and accommodating. Dr Van Norman was professional - I knew I was in good hands! I had a procedure done which involved a needle which usually scares me but he explained everything that was going to happen and put my fears at ease.
