I find that explaining treatments and diseases to the patient is something that is not always done and can make a complete difference in their experience. It is extremely important to me to take the time to listen to my patient and explain to them exactly what they can expect with their care.

Doctor was very friendly, so was the nurse Amber I really liked her. She gave me lots of explanations and made me feel really relaxed and we joked around the doctor and I saying he was fixing my wrinkles loved it. Thank you.
