-Highly appreciate ability to schedule online & quickly get my elderly dad in as a New Patient! -Andrea, PA helped me understand my elderly hearing-impaired Dad’s itchy bottom leg issue, foot rash issue & recommended solutions & different products for daily treatment, & she patiently addressed my questions (while my elderly dad told anecdotes ;)) -Emily did his Med Intake & patiently put Dad’s meds in from our typed-out list & kindly got Dad situated in the Check-up Room, did thorough “Why are you here today?” questions. -Appreciate Forefront has many locations —The computer New Patient check- in process took long & my elderly Dad handed it to me after he had barely started. -I like the thouroughness—of all-around Intake -Office was kind about how long it was taking me to finish Med History getting info from my elderly dad, Emily checked on us “Everything ok in there?” while I worked to finish Dad’s medical history -Dad said “They want us outta here!” & yes we were still taking up the
