Unfortunately, I have a visible skin concern on my nose but my visit seemed to be a waste of time and money. The PA didn't know what the issue was but she stated twice during the session that she would give me a referral to an ENT. When I went to check out, I reminded the front staff that the PA said she would give me a referral. They handed me a list of physicians covering many different specialties. I explained that I need a referral for insurance purposes. I also explained that when a doctor tells me they will give me a referral they give me a specific doctor stating the issue and has an expiration date. The ladies said the list of doctors in the area was the referral. I asked to speak to the PA again. They had the attending assistant come out with notes. The notes are not the same as an actual referral. I should have asked them to goggle what an actual referral is since they thought it was just a recommended list of all kinds of doctors in the area.
