Alexxa Safko, PA-C

Alexxa Safko, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant offering expert dermatologic care at Forefront Dermatology in Wexford and Shadyside, Pennsylvania. With a passion for patient care and a dedication to dermatology, Alexxa strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel at ease discussing their skin concerns. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated magna cum laude. Prior to pursuing her master’s degree, she worked in pediatric vaccine research and in the neonatal intensive care unit at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from West Liberty University, where she served as Vice President of her class. 

Alexxa is committed to delivering comprehensive, individualized dermatologic care through thorough examinations and patient education, emphasizing prevention to achieve the best outcomes.
