Dr. Alexandria Meccia is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience treating patients ages 2 to 102, with a special interest in treating the geriatric community. She provides total body skin exams for the detection of skin cancer as well as treatment of acne, warts, molluscum, eczema, and psoriasis, including patch testing and biologic medications. She performs minor skin surgeries for skin cancers and moles, as well as, procedures on the nails. As a physician, Dr. Meccia truly cares and respects her patients and values the long-term relationships that have developed through her years of practicing dermatology.

As a new patient, I was able to complete my medical history on-line. My appointment was on-time, and I got examined and received liquid nitrogen treatment for pre-cancerous cells. I was in and out in 30 minutes and am good-to-go for another year.

For my first time it was reasonably quick! Place seems professional, staff was pleasant, the doctor took her time with me. The only BAD thing I can say is that the parking lot isn't that big and there's is only one entrance/exit which can make things complicated for drivers BUT if you're not driving you will be fine!

Very very negative experience. I am a new patient and was seen for no exaggeration 1.5 min by the doctor and she was speaking about another patient the entire time with the other staff member in the room. Told me I looked fine when I told her I was struggling with my skin AND that my dentist referred me for concerns with melanoma and she didn’t check a thing on me. Prescribed me randomly with tret and clindomyacin and my issues only got worse. Even front desk was very curt , rushing, on her phone, and complaining with fellow staff. Save your time and MONEY!!!!!

They listened to everything I mentioned and addressed every situation I had a question about extremely pleased with my time there. Dr. Meccia is very thorough in her examinations and was pleased with the recommended procedures I have been following. All staff are so very friendly and it is a pleasure dealing with them. Am still in treatment and will be following up in 6 months.
