A Saint Louis area native, Dr. Stengel received her B.S. degree (magna cum laude) in chemistry from Truman State University and her M.D. degree with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 1999, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then completed an internal medicine internship and a dermatology residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois.

Dr Fanderclai is amazing. Her bed side manner is personal and professional I went in for some skin cancer removal and she was attentive and took great care of me. I highly recommend her and Forefront dermatology.

This was my first visit to this dermatologist, Dr. Fanderclai. I was very happy with the nice office, the staff was friendly and Dr. Fanderclai was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered every question I had and did not rush in and out. I appreciate that. I'm happy I chose this doctor.

This is hands down one the best dermatology offices in StL. All the docs, nps, nurses, front desk, and anyone else I’m forgetting are all super friendly and professional and HELPFUL! I probably shouldn’t say this bc it’s going to make it harder to get an appt
