Age-Based Restrictions: Minors (under 18) must have parental or legal guardian consent to schedule appointments. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must accompany minors during the initial visit and, in some cases, subsequent visits to provide informed consent.
Accutane Visits: Please call the clinic to schedule Accutane appointments.
- HMO Plans: Individuals with HMO plans are typically required to call the clinic to schedule appointments.
- Referral Requirements: Some insurance providers mandate a referral from a primary care physician before scheduling. Without this referral, patients may need to assume financial responsibility for the visit.
- We do not accept Medicaid.
- For excisions, biopsies, and removals, please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.
- We do not accept Workers’ Compensation.
- To schedule multiple cosmetic services together, please call the clinic to schedule an appointment.
- For cosmetic laser appointments, please contact the clinic to schedule an appointment.
- To serve our patients best, we have a limited list of services available for self-booking. If you are unable to find a specific appointment type, please call to schedule.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation penalty.
