For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.

If you are looking to schedule an appointment with Maura King, PA-C for an individual 6 years old or younger, please call 414-771-1122, Option 1.
If you are looking to schedule an appointment because you have a referral or consult with Maura King, PA-C, please call 414-771-1122, Option 1.

If you are an established patient and would like to schedule an excision, filler, and/or microneedling treatment, please select “Excision/Filler (Dr. Dietrich)” visit type. If you are a new patient wanting these services, this would require you to start with a Consultation (Cosmetic Only Visit Type) or Office Visit.
Cosmetic Only visit types would include cosmetic consultation, Botox, chemical peels, and PRP only. To schedule your cosmetic appointment please call our office at 414-771-1122, Option 2, or complete the cosmetic appointment request form
