Dr. Missale Mesfin is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon based in Vienna, VA with over 10 years of experience practicing both medical and cosmetic dermatology as well as performing Mohs skin cancer procedures. She completed her residency and fellowship training at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a leading provider of dermatologic care in the Virginia region, having been named a Top Doctor by Northern Virginia Magazine nearly every year since 2014 (2014 – 2017, 2019-2020, 2022-2023). In addition to specializing in Mohs skin cancer surgery, Dr. Mesfin also provides a variety of cosmetic treatments including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, laser treatments and sclerotherapy. Dr. Mesfin also serves as Forefront’s Physician Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
