I'm an existing patient of this practice. Nonetheless, I know that trying to get an appointment in between annual visits sometimes results in delays. However, when I called and explained some urgency to be seen, the staff accommodated me by checking the schedules of multiple providers and found a cancellation slot that I readily accepted. The delay was 3 days, and I was pleased. The entire staff, from check-in, to checkout were all friendly and supportive. The PA-C, Ashleigh Miller, and her assistant, Mia, were professional, efficient, and expressed concern for my condition. The diagnosis will be confirmed by blood test and biopsy. In the interim, meds were prescribed which will alleviate my symptoms.
