• All new patient appointments
• To schedule a cosmetic procedure with Dani Haas or Dr. Moye, including microneedling, chemical peels, BOTOX®, and fillers or complete the cosmetic appointment request form
• To schedule a laser appointment with Dr. Moye, typically a “once a month” need
• To schedule a nurse visit
