For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time or you will be charged a $30 fee to the extent permitted by law or applicable payor contracts. Please call our office at 571-363-4791 if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cosmetic appointments with Dr Kent can also be booked through this portal including neuromodulators (Botox etc.), fillers, chemical peels, benign growth removals, and PRP. However for more time extensive procedures, consultations may be required as same day treatments may not be feasible. Of note, if medical concerns are addressed during a cosmetic appointment, your insurance will be billed for the medical portion of your visit. Select services may also be available with other providers.
