Dr. Gu completed an internal medicine internship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center before returning to New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University to complete his dermatology residency. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Gu provides comprehensive dermatologic care, including skin cancer detection and treatment, as well as management of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and alopecia. He believes in patient-oriented care and takes pride in tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s individual goals, with a strong emphasis on accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
Prior to joining Forefront Dermatology in Pennsylvania, Dr. Gu practice dermatology in North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, reading, and playing board games.
