I’ve been a patient of Dr. Giannelli for several years and no complaints. This time around I was kept waiting for at least an hour with no explanation, an apology or anything. And the exam room did not seem to have been cleaned up from previous visits. An open razor was laying on the tray along with other items that appeared to have been used in a previous appointment. That doesn’t exactly give someone a comfortable level of cleanliness or hygiene.

Dr.G is a very good dermatologist him and his staff are very nice, they give nice welcomes and are always in a good mood, I have post inflammatory acne he prescribed me with clindamycin gel and trention cream. when I went back the second time he told me I had post inflammatory acne using the cream he prescribed that’s why it come out to be,because you know when you have acne it comes out to something and since it’s not scars he said it’s PIH there’s three dark marks on my face because that’s what the acne left but it’s not that bad I’m glad I found his office though I will be going here for a long time.my new fav derm office.

Great experience with helpful, kind staff, very short wait, easy check in/check out process and Dr G is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and bring concerns for his opinion. I've already referred a couple of friends to him!
