I was very pleased with my visit on Friday, October 4, 2019. Everyone was very courteous, the wait time was not long and my questions were answered. Thank you!

Dr. Bender is always attentive and listens well when discussing health issues. I would not hesitate in recommending him as a caring, knowledgeable and thorough physician who specializes in dermatology.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Bender for our 6 month visit. We had to wait for approx. 40 minutes to get in to see Dr. Bender. That's a little long in my opinion. However, we are very pleased with the personal experience once we were in the exam room. Both Wendy and Dr. Bender were very friendly and up-beat. We enjoyed talking with them as the exams occurred. A very pleasant experience for both of us. In addition to being very personable and friendly, they are very professional. We feel that our health is good hands. We are very confident that we are being cared for properly.

Billing is a problem. I received several past due bills even though my account had a zero balance. I had to make two visits to office to get it straight. Could not reach billing office out of city by phone. Told Dr. Bender at last appt.
