Through my brand new health insurance, it took about 2 months for me to be able to get this appointment. This is my insurances issue but added to my full experience. I was able to get this appointment date and time in one day. That was incredible.
Everyone was friendly so deserves more stars but I needed to drop it to 3 due to the dismissive attitude from the Dr whom I was able to talk to for about 1 minute.
I came in to have her look at a scar I'd had for 30 years. Back 2 months ago when I first attempted to make this appointment the bottom half of this scar had puffed out quite a bit and turned red. This was very concerning to me. Within about a week and a half to 2 weeks, the puffiness went mostly back down and started to return to the normal color. Susan Keiler quickly looked at it and said it was fine. She was friendly but only spent about 1 minute total with me, called it fine and left. I had just enough time to ask what would have caused it to puff up and turn red and she said she didn't know, probably a bug bite. A bug bite that only affected the bottom half circle of the scar and none of the skin immediately around it. Maybe it is just fine, I don't know. I wasn't that confident with the diagnosis and felt dismissed.

Dr. Keller did an excellent job with my teenage son; am very pleased and appreciative. She asked pertinent questions, listened intently, diagnosed effectively, offered a very reasonable plan of action for the skin condition, and discussed contingency measures. Highly recommend!!
Ashley at the front desk was also exceptionally helpful.

Dr. Keller is very nice, patient. I was surprised that I did not get any after care instructions after I had a spot froze from the nurse. Nobody came back in after the doctor left.
