Stacy Harris Hernandez, FNP-BC

Stacy Harris Hernandez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Nursing from South University.  She also completed an additional 1 year of training at Florida Atlantic University’s Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program.

Stacy is a US Army veteran with over 10 years of healthcare experience. She has practiced in Troop Medicine, Surgical Oncology, Urgent Care, and Primary Care. While serving, she received the Meritorious Service Medal for her outstanding performance at the health center.  Stacy has always had a special interest in dermatology, especially treating skin of color, hair loss, and surgical dermatology. She believes that treating skin ailments profoundly impacts confidence and well-being.

After separating from the Army at Fort Eustis, Virginia, she settled in Williamsburg with her husband and dog. She loves traveling, trying new foods, hanging out at the beach, and learning new things.

This was a great experience! This entire office made me feel safe and cared for, from check in, to the first nurse I met with, then Stacy who was both professional and pleasant. My areas of concern were removed gently...I never felt a thing. I encourage everyone to go to this office for their skin care. Your skin issues will be addressed, explained and taken care of. My experience has always been great! Even when I was pregnant she made sure to research how the products could effect me and my little chicken nugget and chose alternative options if there was any incling of a possible issue. If there wasn't then she let me know we would revisit after the baby. I appreciate that kind of care and consideration. Not only for me but for my baby.
