Dr Sarah has PERFECT bedside manners, always fun, makes you comfortable and always smiles. She actually cares, and makes a point to thoroughly explain everything she's going to do before she does it. I am going to really miss her after my next appointment (in 2 weeks) to get my stitches out. And let's not forget her assistant, Mandy, she was also alot of fun and very helpful. There seems to be great chemistry between Sarah and whoever she works with. I highly recommend Dr Sarah Gross and Forefront Dermatology to everyone!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Goss and the entire team; they truly embody compassion and expertise in dermatology. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Goss was incredibly thorough during my examination and discovered a basal carcinoma on my face. She acted swiftly to refer me to Dr. Clark to have it removed, ensuring my needs were prioritized. Dr Sarah Gross was wonderful! She is very friendly and thorough! She saw a suspicious spot I thought was nothing but she said she needed to do a biopsy. She was absolutely correct in thinking it was basal cell. I highly recommend her at Forefront Dermatology!
