Robert Dazé, DO, FAAD

Dr. Robert Dazé is a board-certified dermatologist who attended Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Dermatology residency at HCA Florida Largo Hospital and served as chief resident his final year. Dr. Dazé holds a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and was invited to serve on his hospital’s inaugural committee. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented nationally at the American Academy of Dermatology. He is honored to have the opportunity to practice in Carmel and Noblesville, IN.

As a dermatologist, Dr. Dazé is an expert in skin, hair, and nails. He treats all his patients with dignity and respect and maintains open communication to build long-lasting patient relationships. Dr. Dazé leads his life with the utmost integrity and will stop at nothing to ensure his patients receive the best dermatologic care they deserve.

This was my first experience with Dr. Daze and the team members at the Noblesville location. All I can say is “WOW”!!! They are simply incredible. All are patient-focused and extremely sensitive and caring. I was anxious about having a growth removed and they made it a very positive experience. This was my first time seeing Dr. Daze and he was amazing. So friendly and personable from the moment he stepped in the room. He was prompt for my appointment as I was only in the room for maybe 1 minute. He diagnosed my skin issue quickly with a recommendation for topical treatment and he was very thorough with my annual skin check but also quick. I would highly recommend him and I may go back to him even though I live in Fort Wayne now and can go to their office there!
