This staff always makes me feel like I’m somebody and not just another dollar in their pocket. Visits are quick, yet thorough. They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I have. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

PA Hawkins-Duncan displayed very good bedside manner. She and her nurses/ medical assistants were very friendly & welcoming. I believe she tried her best but may have just been unfamiliar working with darker skin types. I had to discontinue the use of products I was prescribed due to the irritation it caused on my skin. One thing that did make me feel a little uncomfortable, was that the front office staff seemed to be used to working with a particular demographic & it showed in their expressions. I would probably not return as a patient, but I think that PA Duncan is a great provider option for the clients she specializes in treating.
