I want each patient to feel as though I have listened to them and that I’m caring and compassionate. I try to understand how their condition affects them. Patients often tell me that I’m very thorough, which translates into taking the time needed to treat their condition.

Dr. Gershtenson and her staff are very professional and very compassionate. They go the extra mile to make sure that the patient is given the best of care. They also help to ease the cost of the medications, which often are expensive and may not be covered by insurance. They also take their time with you insuring that you understand the treatment plan. I am sure glad that I choose Dr. Gershtenson as my doctor. I highly recommend her. She is a class act. I would give her a 5 star rating based on 5 stars being the highest. She really care about the well being of her patients. The patient is never treated as just a number. Mike D. From Kenosha

As usual, my visit was excellent. As I have posted before, the entire staff was very professional, kind and courteous. Dr. Gershtenson took time to explain everything clearly and she made sure that she did not rush me through while answering any questions that I had, even though she was pressed for time due to circumstances beyond her control.
