I want each patient to feel as though I have listened to them and that I’m caring and compassionate. I try to understand how their condition affects them. Patients often tell me that I’m very thorough, which translates into taking the time needed to treat their condition.

I arrived at 3:27 for my 3:40 appointment. I was not taken back to my room until 4:30. I had 2 children with me. It is very frustrating when you get there early, like it is asked, and then you dont get taken back more than an hour after you arrived. Then there was no where to change my daughters diaper. I had to take her out to the car and change her in the trunk. Had I already been in a room I could have changed her on the bed. But when I asked where I could change my daughters diaper I was told where the bathroom was. I confirmed there was a changing table in there, and the front desk said oh no there is not... I am not sure where around here you could take her.... I was there waiting for an appointment.... How was I supposed to leave, change my daughters explosive diaper and still be sitting there waiting in the event I am called.... For the fact small children can be patients there, and families go there, you should have a spot to change children's diapers.

Was an hour after my appointment time before I saw the doctor.

I dreaded this appointment because I was afraid I would need surgery. Dr. Gershtenson addressed my concerns and discussed alternative treatments. She always takes time to discuss my concerns and she doesn't rush through the exams or visits. I appreciate her expertise and guidance for the therapy that best suits my needs. I also want to acknowledge Alyssa and Natalie-both are excellent nurses who are kind, caring and supportive during my treatments and visits. Alex at the front desk is always pleasant and my check-in wait time is minimal. I have recommended Dr. Gershtenson to my friends that are in need of a dermatologist.

Dr. Gershstenson was thorough and explained clearly all options for my daughter's issue. She was kind and took immediate action to remedy the condition. Also, the ease of making a follow-up appointment with the nurse in the exam room was so convenient and efficient - nice touch to not have to make an additional stop on the way out.

I had a very good experience. My wait was minimal. All the nurses and assistants were very kind and thorough. My time with the Dr. was thorough and helpful to my long range skin care plan. Once I set my next appointment the nurse helped me to select good sun screen and also gave me a couple coupons which I used. Would recommend to anyone looking for dermatology Doctor.
