Dr. Durm and the nursing staff are awesome! Dr. Durm is so sweet and happy to explain my questions. 🙂 I am a little disappointed in the desk gal when I arrived. My appointment was at 8:00, and I got there at 7: 58, as I fought fog the whole way. But I stood in line behind a gentleman that was taking care of his business for about 5 minutes, and when I got up to the desk, the receptionist was looking at her screen and mumbling something about... "Just checking that you're here within 10 minutes of your appointment time. Otherwise we have to cancel it." I glanced at my watch, and it was about 8: 03. Remember, I arrived at 7:58 ... I really didn't see the need for this receptionist to throw that information at me... Just not a friendly atmosphere there at the desk... 😢

She explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. I very much enjoyed her personality and her professionalism. She throws a small spot on my ear and reassured me that it wasn't cancer or anything to really worry about and what caused it.

I love Michelle Durme and Forefront Dermatology. She is a great Dr who listens and explains in detail the problem and the solution options. As long as she is in Kokomo she will be my Dermatologist. And the staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you everyone at Forefront!

Except for waiting 30 to 60 minutes for appt. I thing they are the best!! I am very happy with everyone and think they do wonderful work. I highly recommend going to their office !!!

They are always friendly. Usually less than an hour for a visit. I was asked alot of questions so they could help me form a plan. I am looking forward to my visits in the future.

Felt sorry for the older patients that claimed they registered online but still had to register on ipads at appointment anyway !! They were having issues registering !! Do better Forefront dermatology !!

This is my 3rd time seeing Michelle. She does a great job explaining things and is very thorough and efficient in her screening exams.. She also has made recomendations on certain creams to use for dry skin as well as effective sunscreens for my face. I have been going to Forefront Derm for a little over a year. ( beginning with a sqamous cell place on my face that needed to be removed by MOHS surgery a year ago in May) Over the last year I have been to their offices in Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield and Kokomo. Every experience has been positive and the people have been great! I have recommended Forefront to many people this past year.
