Always professional and thorough. I always feel that my health is a priority for Dr. Chen during the visit. I have been his patient for 2 decades. I have had several instances where he caught things early and I avoided possible serious, longer term outcomes. The most dangerous threats lurk below the skin. So, it is comforting to have someone who is watching out for these cancers that most of us would never know about until we were dealing with something more visible and likely more progressed. I trust him!

I was greeted and assisted as soon as I entered. The scheduling receptionist is a breath of fresh air. I was apprehensive and she helped ease my nervousness. The two assistance (not sure of their title) were kind and reassuring. They seemed happy to be in their role. Dr. Chen is thorough and succinct which for me curbed my anxiousness. This was my first visit with Dr Chen. I was checked in and escorted to an exam room at the time of my appointment and saw Dr.Chen within 20 minutes of appointment time. He was professional and attentive to my concerns. I had a skin check and a freeze removal of a spot of concern. I would recommend Dr.Chen to others looking for a dermatologist

I really like the people in the office. The Medical Assistant escorts you to the exam room, asks you questions sbout the reasons for your visit, and annotates the file with your responses. She is very friendly, and she makes you feel comfortable. When Dr Chen comes into the exam room, he already has read the MA’s notes. He gives you a chance to further explain the reason(s) for your visit. He examines you and answers all your questions. He is thorough, and you know that he cares about his patients. . Dr. Chen suggested treatments that Jackie Bates, the Aesthetician, could provide for me. Ms Bates has treated me before. I met with her to schedule my next appointment. The staff at Forefront Dermatology will take good care of you.
