Doctor Chen does a thorough job of examining but he is rude and his bedside manner is horrible. I appreciate that he wants to advise of skincare because that is his job but he doesn’t need to be mean and rude and make the patients feel like they are idiots. Talk to me with respect. Do not talk down to me. I left his office feeling very uncomfortable.
