I have an annual cancer screening with Premiere Dermatology. The appointment went well and the wait time in Morris was considerably less than in Joliet. Staff was polite and efficient. Hopefully all goes well next year too

I had a great experience with my dermatologist today. She and her assistant were exceptional—professional, kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout my appointment. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to address my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with the interpreter was the complete opposite. The interpreter showed very little empathy and made it difficult for me to communicate my concerns and fully understand the information being shared. Instead of helping the conversation, they became a barrier to effective communication. My discomfort was so noticeable that even the doctor and her assistant seemed uncomfortable with the situation and did their best to ensure I felt heard despite the communication challenges. I truly appreciate the excellent care provided by the dermatologist and her assistant. However, I hope the clinic reviews the quality of its interpretation services, as clear and compassionate communication is essential for quality patient care.
