You told me by way of TExt that I was to arrive 10 min. early for my appointment. Also that if we're 10 min. late that i would need to reschedule. Sat in the waiting room for 40 min. Before I was called in. How is that fair? Maybe I should get credit incase I am ever late. Works both way......
