I have been seeing Ms Janko for 7/8 years. She is a highly intellectual and thorough professional. I always love her assistants, they make you comfortable and clearly respect Ms Janko’s expertise in her field . I was pleasantly surprised to notice a drastic change in the office overall, it’s a much friendlier atmosphere . It’s far more upbeat & happier, since they changed doctors. It made a huge difference. I am happy to still be a patient here.

Unfortunately my appointment was late in the day on Friday and I didn’t get called back until about 25 minutes after my appointment time. Then I waited in the room about 5 minutes before Mari came in. She did a full body check which seemed thorough and found one “dark spot” to biopsy. Assistant was very nice and cheerful, and administered the lidocaine shot which didn’t hurt at all. All in all appointment was good.

Arrived on time, filled out the paperwork, got seen promptly, got a problem dealt with quickly and was on my way. It took longer to drive there than to do the focused visit. No muss, no fuss. 10/10.

Mari was very competent. I just would’ve preferred that she would not be so fast in her explanations and time with me. I would’ve liked for more of a discussion as to my condition what lead to it, what options to do about it and potential outcomes. I felt rather rushed in the appointment.
