Changing my raving 5 star review to a 1. I scheduled months in advance, did my paperwork a week prior to the appointment as requested. Get into the office after a 30 min drive just for them to cancel the appointment asked to reschedule because they have none of my paperwork. I explained I did all of the required paperwork through the link THEY provided. Next appointment was months out. Absolutely not ok. Cancelled my families appts because I won’t be wasting time here again.
