Positive: Dr is timely, polite, understood primary skin condition right away and provided options for treatment. The office staff is polite and efficient, facility is clean. I’d recommend the practice.
Not so great: she couldn’t help me with a skin infection from Seborrheic dermatitis on my outer ear canal, said that dermatologists don’t diagnosis skin conditions in that area and didn’t have the ear scope to exam the outer ear canal. I thought that was odd—I didn’t understand that - so I had to make another trip to urgent care for a topical antibiotic. Maybe it was miscommunicated by me that it was a skin infection and not an inner ear problem? I don’t know-but I’ll give the benefit of doubt in this case.

First time going to a dermatologist and couldn't have had a better experience. The office staff were very friendly and helpful and I got in right on time. Dr. Dickinson and her assistant (sorry, I can't remember her name) were very knowledgeable and professional.

I am extremely thankful I was able to connect with Dr. Dickinson. She correctly diagnosed a condition that another professional had misdiagnosed, and properly treated it. She was quite prompt in returning my phone call with questions and extremely helpful with my many questions at the follow-up appointment. She is extremely professional, caring, and my quality of life is much better as this condition is under control.
