Katherine Wehlage, MD, FAAD

Dr. Katherine Wehlage is a board-certified dermatologist who values trust, patience, warmth, and thoroughness.  She cares deeply about early detection of skin cancers, is passionate about accurate diagnosis and treatment of skin disease, and she loves to help restore her patients’ self-esteem through beauty treatments.

Dr. Wehlage graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She went back home to Indiana for medical school, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and graduated top of her class at Indiana University School of Medicine.  She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at SCL Health Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, followed by Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.

In her spare time, she loves to be outside – sailing, hiking, backpacking in the summertime, skiing in the winter, and fly fishing year-round.
