Jason Van Ittersum, MD

Dr. Van Ittersum is a Spring Lake native and alumnus of Spring Lake High School. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School, where he received the William B. Taylor Award for Excellence in Dermatology, was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, and was honored with the Hewlett-Packard Award, given to the top 5 graduates of each medical school class. Dr. Van Ittersum completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Michigan, where he received extensive training from world-recognized authorities in medical dermatology, cutaneous oncology and surgical and cosmetic dermatology, including the latest advances in laser techniques. He resides in Spring Lake with his wife Koryn (a local family physician) and their daughters.
