HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We were running a bit late as we have a two hour drive to get to Missoula. We were stopped along the way for someone who hit a deer which made us run behind. From the time I called the office to let them know we would be 10-15 minutes behind we were treated with nothing but respect and understanding. First, I got an appointment within 2 days when I called. Very short wait time when checking in. PA Pratt was great! Courteous, kind, professional and was able to complete my entire concern in 1 visit. For my first visit to a dermatologist in Missoula I am more than pleased. The entire office staff was just as Courteous and professional.

I was not impressed at all with James Pratt. He was rude to his assistant and made me feel uncomfortable. He would not refill my prescription as he said he needed to know what was in it, which did not make sense as he was the provider who originally prescribed it and I would assume the prescription would be noted in my chart. I left with no medication refills and a wasted appointment.
