Heather and the assistant that comes in with her are both very nice. 2 of the docs who have seen me from there were not at all. They were arrogant. I worked for doctors for 30 + years. I honestly was shocked with the attitude toward a patient, and both were the first and only time I saw either one . We were taught to be kind and appreciative of the patients we saw. I am concerned about the problem on my scalp and hope it eventually will heal. Thank you for asking.

Heather Janes is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I have seen her twice and both times she has listened to what I have to say and checked the spots on my body that I had questions about. She also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and she put me at ease when she talked to me about my skin condition. I am very thankful that she is my dermatologist.

I had an excellent experience with Heather Janes at my dermatology office. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail, compassionate manner, and genuine care for her patients really stood out. The treatment recommendations were thoughtful and effective, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. It’s not always easy to find healthcare providers who combine expertise with kindness so naturally, but she absolutely does. I highly recommend this dermatology office and especially this wonderful physician's assistant.
